NeuqOS

Terms of Use

Clear boundaries make better work possible.

These terms cover the public NeuqOS site and free public tools. Paid products, projects, and partnerships receive their own agreement so the document can match the relationship.

Updated August 10, 2026Public website terms

The useful version

  • Use the site lawfully and only share material you are authorized to share.
  • You keep ownership of your content; we receive a limited permission to handle it for the requested work.
  • AI output is a starting point, not professional advice or an automatic decision.

Agreement and who you are dealing with

By using the NeuqOS public website or a public interactive feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the feature.

“NeuqOS,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator identified in the proposal, invoice, subscription, or agreement for any paid work. That document will identify the contracting party before payment or delivery. If you use NeuqOS for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal capacity where you live, to enter a paid engagement with us.

Use the site with care

We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access the public site for lawful personal or business evaluation and communication.

You may not:

  • break, bypass, probe, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or its security;
  • use the site to distribute malware, unlawful content, harassment, fraud, or deceptive impersonation;
  • attempt to access another person’s workspace, account, messages, or records;
  • reverse engineer or extract protected prompts, system logic, private documentation, or non-public datasets except where law expressly allows it; or
  • use outputs to make a high-impact decision about a person without appropriate authority, evidence, and human review.

Your content and your responsibility

You keep ownership of information and material you submit. You give NeuqOS a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit that material only as reasonably needed to operate the feature, provide requested work, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights and permission needed to share the material, including personal information, confidential business information, files, and third-party content. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, health records, unlawful material, or information that is not necessary for the purpose.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. A paid-work agreement may include additional confidentiality, security, ownership, and return-or-deletion terms.

AI-supported features

Ask Neuq and some consultation workflows use AI to generate replies, summaries, classifications, questions, and possible patterns. These outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

  • AI output is general information and a working aid; do not treat it as legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
  • You are responsible for checking important facts, obtaining qualified advice where needed, and deciding whether to act.
  • NeuqOS does not make autonomous consequential decisions about people through the public site.

What NeuqOS protects

The NeuqOS name, visual identity, site design, copy, product names, diagrams, software, prompts, frameworks, taxonomies, methods, and documentation are owned by NeuqOS or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution where fair dealing or another legal right permits. You may not copy, resell, publish, train another system on, or create a competing derivative from protected NeuqOS material without written permission.

No licence to non-public methods, product internals, or source code is granted by access to the public site.

Bookings, links, and third-party services

Parts of NeuqOS rely on third-party services such as hosting, AI processing, scheduling, file delivery, and communications. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We choose and configure providers with care, but we do not control their independent services.

External links are provided for context or convenience. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement, ownership, or responsibility for the destination.

Fees, taxes, cancellation rules, deliverables, licences, support, and refund terms for paid work will be stated before purchase or in the applicable agreement.

Availability, disclaimers, and responsibility

We aim for a reliable, useful service, but the public site and free tools are provided on an “as available” basis. Features can change, pause, or contain errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or a particular business outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuqOS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by use of, or inability to use, the public site, third-party services, or unverified AI output. Specific responsibility and any liability cap for paid work will be set out in its agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, rights, or legal compliance.

Changes, interpretation, and governing law

We may update these Terms as the public service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use the public site after an update means the updated Terms apply from that point; paid agreements do not change unless their own amendment process is followed.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest continues. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without overriding consumer protections that must apply where you live.
